Mail Assure will send each user enrolled a Scout Report (Quarantine Digest) three times per day at 0800, 1200 and 1600, 7 days a week.
If there are no e-mails caught in the quarantine, one will not be sent.
The Scout Report will look like the image below.
To view or action the message, please click on the subject of a particular e-mail message.
You will then be taken to a web page.
Here you can see the message details and a preview of the message. You can also see the location, e.g. quarantine and the reason why it was quarantined e.g. phish.
The preview of the message is directly beneath.
In the top right you have actions. Click "Actions" and you have the following abilities.
Blacklist Sender = Prevents any further e-mails from this sender from going in to quarantine, they will just be rejected
Release - Deliver e-mail to your Inbox.
Whitelist Sender - The opposite to Blacklist. this will allow future e-mails from this sender to be automatically delivered.
Remove - Deletes the message from your quarantine. If not deleted e-mails will be retained in your quarantine for 14 days then be deleted automatically.
Release and Train - Delivers the mail and "trains" the system to allow similar e-mails through in the future.
