When you want to transfer a call, on the screen click on Transfer.

Choose the method, Blind or Attended.


A blind transfer will simply transfer the call straight to the desired extension. An attended transfer allows you to speak to the desired extension before transferring the call.



The screen will show the number pad and who you are currently connected to.


Then dial the number to transfer to, and press the Green button.



I chose the attended method for this example, so Adam Hunt answered my call.

Once you have finished speaking to the person (for example you may say , I have X on the phone for you), press Join, to complete the transfer.



If the destination extension does not wish to take the call, you can hang up by pressing the red button, then take the original caller off of hold by pressing resume.
