This guide will walk you through the process of exporting your google calendar and importing it into your Office 365 Exchange account

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar. You can't export your calendar from the Google Calendar app, it must be the web UI. 
  2. At the top right, click Settings Settingsand then Settings.
  3. To download your events, click Import & export.
  4. Under “Export," click Export. 
  5. A ZIP file downloads to your computer.
  6. If you open the ZIP file, you'll find individual ICS files for each of your calendars.
  7. Right-click on the calendar you want to import
  8. Select open in Outlook
  9. This will import it into your default calendar in Outlook (your office 365 Exchange calendar)

To import into OWA:

1. Open the calendar in OWA

2. press the "add calendar button"


3. Select Upload from file


4. Upload the ICS file and select the calendar to import it into

5. Press "Import"
